These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration for, and attendance or participation at, the Global Energy Transition Congress 2027 ("GETC 2027", the "Congress"), taking place on 9–10 April 2027 at Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències, Quatre Carreres, 46013, Valencia, Spain (the "Venue"), and your use of our website at GETC2027.eu and any related mobile application (together, the "Digital Platforms").

PART A — OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU

1. WHO WE ARE

We are ENZARO TECH, S.L. (referred to as "we", "us", "our" or the "Organiser" throughout these Terms), a company incorporated under the laws of Spain, holding Spanish Tax ID (CIF) B19437243, with its registered office at Calle Trafalgar, Núm. 46, Planta 4, Puerta 2, 46023 València (Valencia), España, inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de Valencia. We are the sole organiser and seller of tickets for GETC 2027.

2. WHAT WE DO

We organise the Global Energy Transition Congress, an international congress in Valencia bringing together governments and institutions, energy companies and utilities, investors and financial institutions, technology companies, universities and research bodies, and chambers and business associations working on the global energy transition (each edition, a "Congress").

3. STRUCTURE OF THESE TERMS

3.1 This agreement is between us and the person or organisation that completes the relevant online registration, application or purchase form for the Congress ("you" or "your"). Your agreement with us consists of: • Part A — Our Relationship With You; • Part B — General Terms; • Part C — Tickets and Attendance, specific to holders of a Visitor, Delegate, Executive or VIP Leaders Pass; • Part D — Exhibitor Terms, specific to exhibitors at GETC Expo City ("Exhibitor"); • Part E — Speaker Terms, specific to confirmed speakers ("Speaker"); • Part F — Partner Terms, specific to sponsors and partners ("Partner"); • Part G — Media Accreditation Terms, specific to accredited press and media ("Media"); • Part H — Investor Access Terms, specific to approved investor participants; • Part I — Government & Institutional Terms, specific to official delegations and institutional participants; • Part J — GETC Awards; • Part K — Digital Platforms, specific to your access to our website and the GETC app; and • Part L — Additional Terms. 3.2 When registering for, attending or participating in the Congress, or using our Digital Platforms, you are also subject to our Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Accessibility / Code of Conduct (available on our website) (together with these Terms, the "Agreement"). 3.3 We are committed to protecting your personal data. These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, how and why we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

4. YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US

Please read this document carefully. These Terms govern your online registration, attendance and/or participation at the Congress, in whichever capacity (Attendee, Exhibitor, Speaker, Partner, Media, Investor, or institutional participant). By registering, applying or purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not register, apply, purchase a ticket, attend or participate.

5. REGISTERING ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER; YOUTH ATTENDEES

5.1 If you register on behalf of another person or on behalf of an organisation, you must ensure that person is aware of and accepts these Terms, and you warrant that you are authorised to bind that organisation. 5.2 Youth attendees. GETC 2027 is a professional and business congress and is not aimed at, and is generally not open to, attendees under the age of 18. Please contact us at legal@getc2027.eu if you have a specific query about this.

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update these Terms at any time for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. Any amended Terms will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.

PART B — GENERAL TERMS

8. ADMITTANCE TO THE CONGRESS

8.1 We may, at our reasonable discretion and without liability or obligation to refund, refuse admittance to or eject from the Venue anyone who: • behaves in a manner that disrupts, hinders or causes a nuisance to the Congress or to other participants; • represents a security or health & safety risk; and/or • fails, or is likely to fail, to comply with these Terms or our Accessibility / Code of Conduct. 8.2 Our Accessibility / Code of Conduct, available on our website, applies to all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, partners, media and staff. 8.3 You agree to comply with all applicable laws in connection with your attendance or participation.

9. THE CONGRESS, GETC EXPO CITY AND RELATED PROGRAMMES

9.1 A valid ticket, accreditation or invitation entitles you to attend the Congress on the dates and in the capacity stated. We reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion and without liability, to reschedule, postpone or cancel the Congress in accordance with Section 10. 9.2 GETC 2027 brings together its audience through the main congress sessions, GETC Expo City and its Country Districts, the Innovation and Future Pavilions, Live Tech demonstrations, AI-powered matchmaking and business networking, a dedicated Meeting Area and Deal Room, the GETC Awards, and hospitality programmes (including, for eligible ticket tiers, executive lounges and the Gala Dinner). Specific access depends on your ticket tier or accreditation type, as published on our website. 9.3 We may add, remove or modify any element of the programme from one edition to another, at our discretion and without liability. 9.4 Where a related activity is delivered or hosted by a third party (e.g. a sponsor's session in the Meeting Area), we are not responsible for its delivery, content or availability.

10. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION OF THE CONGRESS

10.1 We take reasonable steps to ensure that the programme, speakers, venue and dates are accurate at the time of publication, but we reserve the right to make substitutions, alterations, postponements or cancellations to any aspect of the Congress. We will not be liable to you for any cost you incur as a result (including travel, accommodation or other expenses). 10.2 We will notify you of any material change or postponement by posting updated information on our website and, where practicable, by email. 10.3 If the Congress is postponed, we will provide you with access to the rescheduled date; no refund will be due solely as a result of a postponement. 10.4 In the unlikely event the Congress is cancelled outright (and not rescheduled), our total liability to you is limited to a refund of the amount actually paid, net of any payment-processing fees already incurred. We will not be liable for any other cost, loss or damage arising from a cancellation.

11. PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING

11.1 Use of photographic, audio, video or other recording equipment at the Congress is prohibited unless approved by us in writing in advance. 11.2 By attending, you agree that the Congress (or any part of it) may be photographed or recorded by us or our partners, and you permit us and our licensees to use your likeness, name, job title, company name, voice and words — captured before, during or after the Congress — in any media, worldwide, for promotional and archival purposes, without further approval from or payment to you. If you wish to object, please contact us at legal@getc2027.eu.

12. YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE CONGRESS

12.1 You are responsible for informing us at the time of booking of any special access requirements. Further information is available in our Accessibility / Code of Conduct. 12.2 You are responsible for your own travel and health insurance in connection with attendance. Save for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law, we are not liable for injury or damage to any person or property. 12.3 You must conduct yourself in an orderly manner and must not cause offence, annoyance or inconvenience to others. We may remove from the Venue any participant who, in our reasonable opinion, breaches applicable law, our policies, or the Venue's rules. 12.4 GETC 2027 promotes a low-waste event. You must not distribute promotional materials or similar items at the Venue without our express prior written consent. Where distribution is authorised, you will remain liable for any reasonable clean-up, disposal or administrative costs we incur as a direct result of unauthorised or excessive material left at the Venue; we will evidence such costs on request. Any sums recovered under this clause will be donated to a local environmental initiative in Valencia of our choosing.

13. NO REFUNDS AND NO CANCELLATION

13.1 Your ticket, accreditation or access is a personal, revocable licence to attend the Congress and remains our property. 13.2 GETC 2027 relates to the provision of business-event and leisure-adjacent services to be performed on specific dates (9–10 April 2027). Under Spanish and EU consumer-protection law (in particular Article 103(l) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, transposing Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU), contracts for services related to leisure activities providing for a specific date or period of performance are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right applicable to other distance contracts. 13.3 Accordingly, all purchases (tickets, ticket upgrades, exhibitor packages, partner or accreditation fees) are final and non-refundable and non-cancellable, except where a refund is expressly required by mandatory applicable law (for example, where the Congress is cancelled outright under Section 10.4), or where we agree to a refund at our sole discretion. 13.4 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to introduce refundable or transferable ticket types for future editions; any such terms will be stated clearly at the point of purchase and will prevail over this Section for that purchase only.

14. NO RESELLING

14.1 Tickets, accreditations and access rights are for your personal or organisational use only and may not be resold under any circumstances. 14.2 Unauthorised resale or transfer voids the ticket or accreditation, and we reserve the right to cancel any purchase or accreditation we reasonably believe is connected with reselling or brokering.

15. BADGES

For security and identification purposes, all participants must wear the official Congress badge at all times and carry photo identification for inspection on request. Replacement costs for lost or damaged badges will be published on our website.

16. VISA REQUIREMENTS

16.1 It is your sole responsibility to arrange any visa, valid passport or other travel documentation required to enter Spain. Please allow sufficient time for any visa application. 16.2 If you are refused a visa or otherwise unable to travel, we are under no obligation to refund your ticket or fees, subject to Section 13.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

17.1 All intellectual property in the Congress, its content and materials distributed at or in connection with it belongs to us, our licensors, or Congress sponsors/speakers, as applicable. You may not reproduce any such trademarks or materials without our prior written permission. 17.2 Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any right in our intellectual property beyond what is expressly granted here. 17.3 No person or organisation may host or organise any event in conjunction with, adjacent to, or purporting to be affiliated with GETC 2027 without our prior written permission.

18. YOUR CONTRIBUTION AND MESSAGES

18.1 We may allow you to send messages to us or other users via our Digital Platforms ("Messages"), including through AI-powered matchmaking and networking features. You are solely responsible for your Messages and agree to hold us harmless from any liability arising from them. Our Accessibility / Code of Conduct applies to all Messages and in-person conduct. 18.2 If you share content in connection with the Congress (e.g. a session contribution, "Your Contribution"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use it in relation to the Congress, and waive any moral rights therein to the extent permitted by Spanish law. We may moderate, edit or remove any Contribution that breaches these Terms. 18.3 You must not, when using our Digital Platforms: impersonate any person or entity; engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct; breach any applicable law; send unsolicited bulk communications; transmit malware; violate others' privacy; or infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

19. WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by Spanish law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in respect of the Congress or any related materials, save for any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

20.1 Views expressed by speakers are their own; we accept no liability for advice or views expressed at the Congress. 20.2 Materials distributed at the Congress are for information purposes only; we do not warrant their completeness or accuracy. 20.3 To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law: • we shall not be liable for loss of profits, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising in connection with these Terms; • our total aggregate liability arising under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total amount you paid us, net of payment-processing fees; • nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Spanish law. 20.4 We do not warrant the presence, absence or identity of any sponsor/exhibitor/speaker, nor any commercial or investment outcome you may achieve from attending or participating. Personal travel and accommodation arrangements are at your own risk. 20.5 We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Venue, performers, sponsors or third-party service providers, except as set out above.

21. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your attendance at or participation in the Congress.

22. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance, or for cancellation, postponement or alteration of the Congress, resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including power or server outages, natural disasters, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, fire, explosion, labour disputes, supplier failure, utility interruption, or communications failure. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of any such event.

23. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

23.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by Spanish law. 23.2 The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain, save that consumers may also bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence within the EU where mandatory consumer-protection law so provides. 23.3 Consumers may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For any complaint, please first contact us at legal@getc2027.eu. 23.4 Nothing in these Terms limits our right to bring enforcement proceedings, or to seek interim or provisional relief, in another jurisdiction.

24. OTHER TERMS

24.1 These Terms (including our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between us regarding their subject matter and supersede any prior agreement, save for any separately signed Partnership Agreement (Part F) or Exhibitor Agreement (Part D), which prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict specific to that agreement. 24.2 If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable by a competent court, the remainder will continue in full force, and the court should, where possible, modify the unenforceable part to give effect to its intent. 24.3 Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right. 24.4 These Terms are personal to you; you may not assign your rights without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms by notifying you. 24.5 No agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship is created by these Terms. 24.6 Legal notices to us must be sent to the address in Section 1 or to legal@getc2027.eu. 24.7 The English-language version of these Terms is binding; any translation is for convenience only. 24.8 If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right that cannot be waived under Spanish or EU law.

PART C — TICKETS AND ATTENDANCE

25. TICKET TIERS, PRICING AND UPGRADES

25.1 We offer several public ticket tiers (currently: Visitor Pass, Delegate Pass, Executive Pass and VIP Leaders Pass), each unlocking a different level of access to sessions, GETC Expo City, networking features, meeting facilities and hospitality, as described on our Tickets page. Current pricing and inclusions are published on our website and are correct at the time of publication. 25.2 Ticket prices may increase across successive pricing phases (Early Bird Price, Regular Price and Late Price) as published on our website. Purchasing at an earlier phase does not affect the price of tickets purchased later, and vice versa. 25.3 You may upgrade to a higher ticket tier at any time before the Congress by paying the published price difference. Downgrades are not permitted. 25.4 We reserve the right to change ticket prices or the features included in each tier at any time; changes will not affect tickets already purchased. 25.5 Prices are stated net of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise, and we will charge VAT and any other applicable taxes as required by law. 25.6 A valid ticket entitles you to entry as a participant at the level purchased; it does not include travel, accommodation or visa-related costs, for which we accept no liability.

26. DELIVERY AND PROFILE

26.1 Tickets are delivered electronically by email and/or via the GETC app to the address you provide. Certain ticket types may require additional information (e.g. tax ID) before issuance. 26.2 You must complete your Congress profile in the GETC app within a reasonable time before the Congress, as communicated by us. Failure to do so may result in refused entry or reduced access to AI matchmaking and meeting-request features.

27. NAME CHANGES

If you cannot attend, please notify us by email to legal@getc2027.eu as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than 7 days before the Congress, to request a name change on your ticket, which we may permit at our discretion. No name changes will be made after your Congress profile has been completed.

PART D — EXHIBITOR TERMS

28. EXHIBITORS

28.1 We offer exhibition space at GETC Expo City, including its Country Districts, Innovation Pavilion, Future Pavilion and Live Tech areas ("Space"), to Exhibitors, subject to these Terms and any separate Exhibitor/Partnership Agreement. 28.2 The Exhibitor may only conduct business from its allotted Space and must not promote or solicit elsewhere at the Venue without our written consent. 28.3 Sub-letting of the Space requires our prior written consent; the Exhibitor remains responsible for any sub-lessee's compliance.

29. LOCATION, UPKEEP AND WASTE

29.1 We may relocate an Exhibit, or require the Exhibitor to move, where we consider it necessary for the Congress or for security or health & safety reasons. 29.2 The Exhibitor must keep its Space clean, orderly and in good repair, and is responsible for disposal of all waste generated at its Space, including daily removal of rubbish.

30. ACCESS AND SECURITY

30.1 The Exhibitor may operate its Exhibit only during communicated hours, must dismantle and remove it at the end of each day (unless otherwise agreed), and may not permit unauthorised access to its area. 30.2 The Exhibitor and its staff must comply with all instructions from us and Venue management, must not damage the Venue or Exhibit, and must wear identification badges at all times.

31. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Any Exhibitor providing food or beverages must be registered with the relevant Spanish/local food safety authority and hold and display valid documentation. Cooking or heating equipment must be safe and compliant, and appropriate fire extinguishers must be available.

32. EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY US

32.1 Equipment we supply (screens, furniture, cabling, etc.) is provided on a rental basis; no refund applies once installed. Complaints must be raised by email to legal@getc2027.eu before the Congress opens. 32.2 The Exhibitor is liable for damage to or loss of supplied equipment and must insure it until collection by our staff; non-returned equipment must be reimbursed at its insured value. 32.3 Nothing in these Terms creates a landlord–tenant relationship or transfers any property interest to the Exhibitor.

33. EXHIBITOR INSURANCE

Each Exhibitor must maintain adequate insurance as specified in its Exhibitor/Partnership Agreement and provide evidence on request. Failure to do so entitles us to terminate the Exhibitor's right to exhibit, without refund.

PART E — SPEAKER TERMS

34. SELECTION AND PARTICIPATION

34.1 Speaker applications ("Apply to Speak") are reviewed at our sole discretion; there is no guarantee of selection. Confirmed Speakers must provide accurate biographical and session information for our programme and marketing materials. 34.2 We may amend session times, formats or topics, or (in exceptional circumstances) substitute or withdraw a Speaker slot, without liability, save that we will use reasonable efforts to notify the Speaker in advance. 34.3 Unless separately agreed in writing, speaking at GETC 2027 does not carry a speaker fee; any complimentary access will be specified in our invitation.

35. CONTENT, RECORDING AND RIGHTS

35.1 Speakers are solely responsible for the content of their session and must ensure it does not infringe any third party's rights or applicable law. 35.2 Section 11 (Photography, audio and video recording) and Section 18 (Your contribution and messages) of these Terms apply to Speakers, including our right to record and reuse session content for promotional and archival purposes. 35.3 Speakers must comply with our Accessibility / Code of Conduct at all times.

PART F — PARTNER TERMS

36. PARTNERSHIP

36.1 Organisations may become a Partner or sponsor of GETC 2027 ("Partner"). Specific deliverables, branding rights, pricing and payment terms for a Partner will be set out in a separate signed Partnership Agreement, which forms part of your agreement with us alongside these Terms. 36.2 Where a Partner also exhibits at GETC Expo City, Part D (Exhibitor terms) additionally applies to that activity. 36.3 We reserve the right to decline or terminate a partnership, at our reasonable discretion, where the Partner breaches these Terms, its Partnership Agreement, or our Accessibility / Code of Conduct.

PART G — MEDIA ACCREDITATION TERMS

37. ELIGIBILITY AND CONDUCT

37.1 Media accreditation is available to bona fide press and media professionals upon application ("Apply for Media Accreditation"), subject to our review and approval at our sole discretion. 37.2 Accredited Media must display their badge at all times, may not resell or transfer their accreditation, and must comply with Section 11 (Photography, audio and video recording) and our Accessibility / Code of Conduct, including any restrictions communicated on-site (e.g. no recording in the Meeting Area or Deal Room without consent). 37.3 We may revoke media accreditation at any time, without liability, where these Terms or applicable Venue rules are breached.

PART H — INVESTOR ACCESS TERMS

38. APPROVAL-BASED ACCESS

38.1 Investor Access is not a public ticket tier. It is available, by application ("Request Investor Access"), to qualified investors, funds and strategic capital providers, subject to our review and approval at our sole discretion. 38.2 Investor Access participants benefit from AI-powered matchmaking and access to the Deal Room / Capital Hub, subject to strict profile-privacy settings as described in our Privacy Policy. 38.3 We reserve the right to decline, suspend or revoke Investor Access at any time, at our reasonable discretion, including where eligibility criteria are no longer met or these Terms are breached.

PART I — GOVERNMENT & INSTITUTIONAL TERMS

39. INVITATION AND PROTOCOL

39.1 Participation by official delegations, embassies, cities and international organisations is by invitation and subject to applicable diplomatic and institutional protocol, coordinated through our Government & Institutional team. 39.2 Except where superseded by a specific protocol arrangement agreed with us, these Terms (including Sections 8–24) apply to institutional participants.

PART J — GETC AWARDS

40. AWARDS PROGRAMME

40.1 GETC 2027 includes the GETC Awards, assessed by an independent jury against a published scoring framework, together with a separate audience-voted "Audience Favorite" category. 40.2 Full eligibility criteria, submission requirements, jury composition, scoring methodology and rules governing the GETC Awards are set out in our separate GETC Awards Rules & Eligibility document, published on our website, which applies in addition to these Terms to anyone submitting an entry or participating in the Awards.

PART K — DIGITAL PLATFORMS

41. SCOPE AND ACCEPTABLE USE

41.1 This Part applies to all users of our website and the GETC app (digital ticket, schedule, AI matchmaking and networking, and venue map features), including organisations such as Partners, Exhibitors and Media (together, "Digital Platforms" users). 41.2 When using our Digital Platforms, you must not: violate any law; use them for an unlawful purpose; upload viruses or malware; circumvent security features or compromise any account; place an unreasonable load on our systems; or otherwise interfere with their operation.

42. AI MATCHMAKING AND MEETING REQUESTS

42.1 The GETC app offers AI-powered matchmaking and business networking, including a daily meeting-request allowance that varies by ticket tier, and (for eligible tiers) the ability to book meetings in the Deal Room. 42.2 Meeting requests and matchmaking suggestions are generated automatically and do not guarantee that a meeting will take place; we do not warrant the business outcome of any meeting.

43. DISCLAIMER

43.1 We use reasonable care in operating our Digital Platforms but make no warranty as to their accuracy, and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, including the GETC app's "coming soon" or beta features. 43.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding our Digital Platforms and any content, results or conclusions (including AI-generated matchmaking suggestions) drawn from them.

44. DIGITAL PLATFORMS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ACCESS

44.1 We own or license all intellectual property in our Digital Platforms. "Global Energy Transition Congress", "GETC" and "GETC 2027" are trademarks or brand names of ENZARO TECH, S.L. You may use Digital Platform content only as expressly authorised; you must not copy, redistribute, scrape, or create derivative works from it without our permission. 44.2 We may terminate or restrict your access to our Digital Platforms at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms.

PART L — ADDITIONAL TERMS

45. RELATED POLICIES

You are also subject to our Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Accessibility / Code of Conduct and GETC Awards Rules & Eligibility, each available on our website, which together with these Terms govern your access to and use of our Digital Platforms and the Congress.
