Accessibility / Code of Conduct

This Accessibility / Code of Conduct ("Code") applies to everyone at the Global Energy Transition Congress 2027 ("GETC 2027", the "Congress") — Attendees, Exhibitors, Speakers, Partners, Media, Investor Access participants, Government & Institutional delegates, volunteers, contractors and our own staff — at the Venue, at any related event, and on our Digital Platforms (website, GETC app and official social media channels). It is issued by ENZARO TECH, S.L. and applies in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

1. OUR COMMITMENT

GETC 2027 brings together governments, companies, investors and researchers from around the world. We want every participant to be able to take part safely, with dignity and equal opportunity to engage, regardless of background, identity or disability.

2. EXPECTED CONDUCT

All participants are expected to: • treat others with courtesy and respect, including people of different nationalities, genders, ages, abilities, religions and backgrounds; • engage in discussions and networking in good faith and in a professional manner; • follow instructions from Congress staff, security personnel and Venue management; and • comply with these Terms, this Code, and all applicable law while at the Congress or using our Digital Platforms.

3. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR

The following will not be tolerated at the Congress or on our Digital Platforms: • harassment, intimidation or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic; • unwelcome sexual attention, comments or physical contact; • threats or incitement of violence, or violent, abusive or threatening language or imagery; • deliberate disruption of talks, sessions, meetings or the exhibition floor; • stalking, persistent unwanted contact, or photographing/recording someone without their consent (see also Section 11 of our Terms and Conditions); • abusive, deceptive or fraudulent commercial conduct, including unauthorised soliciting or promotional activity outside an Exhibitor's own space; and • any other conduct that a reasonable person would consider harassing, discriminatory or unsafe.

4. ACCESSIBILITY AT THE VENUE

4.1 If you require specific access arrangements (for example, step-free routes, seating, or support for a sensory or mobility need), please tell us at the time of booking or contact us in advance at legal@getc2027.eu, so we can make reasonable arrangements with the Venue. 4.2 We work with Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències to provide accessible routes and facilities where available. Specific accessibility features for the Venue will be published on our website ahead of the Congress. 4.3 Service animals individually trained to assist a person with a disability are welcome; other pets or animals are not permitted (see Section 31 of our Terms and Conditions).

5. HEALTH AND SAFETY

You must follow all health, safety and security instructions given by our staff or Venue management. Please report any safety hazard, medical emergency or security concern immediately to the nearest staff member or at our on-site help desk.

6. REPORTING A CONCERN

If you experience or witness a breach of this Code, please report it as soon as possible: • to any visible Congress staff member or security personnel at the Venue; or • by email to legal@getc2027.eu, including (where possible) the date, time, location and people involved, and any supporting evidence (e.g. messages, photos). You may report anonymously, though this may limit our ability to investigate or respond to you directly.

7. HOW WE RESPOND

7.1 We will treat every report seriously and handle it as confidentially as reasonably possible, sharing details only with those who need to know in order to investigate and address it. 7.2 We may take immediate action to protect participants' safety (for example, separating individuals or removing someone from a session) ahead of any full investigation. 7.3 Personal data collected during a report or investigation is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. CONSEQUENCES

Depending on the nature and severity of the breach, we may, at our reasonable discretion: issue a verbal or written warning; require the individual to leave a session, area or the Venue; revoke a ticket, exhibitor space, accreditation or Investor Access without refund (see Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions); bar the individual from future editions of GETC; and/or refer the matter to the relevant authorities where warranted.
